Cancel at any time
You can cancel through the secure billing portal in your Account area. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the portal shows the effective date.
Founding price
Your £18 monthly Founding Member price remains yours only while the subscription stays continuously active. Cancelling ends that grandfathered price.
Refund requests
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because service access and generation capacity are made available immediately. If you were charged in error or the service failed materially, contact us promptly and we will review the circumstances fairly. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
After cancellation
Save any copy or images you need before access ends. Published pages and account features may become unavailable when the paid-through period ends.
