Terms of Service

Digital Nomad helps you create, edit and host one offer page, collect enquiries, and generate practical advertising and organic marketing plans. Generated material is a starting point and should be reviewed before use.

You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your offers, claims, testimonials, published content and communications with prospective clients.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Founding Members keep their £18 monthly price while that subscription remains continuously active. A later return may be offered at the then-current price.

Generous monthly generation limits protect the service for everyone. Existing saved work remains available if a limit is reached. Contact support if you need additional help during the founding period.

We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Optional third-party connections are not part of the Stage 1 product promise.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, leads, advertising approval or business outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
